Is Happiness an optional thing???

My dear friends 

Do we think about Happiness out of our busy schedule?? And

Is really this matter for us?

How many of us do have this happiness, an happy life a ambition or goal of life??

Do we really understand what exactly this happiness is about???

There are N numbers of questions about!!!

We the human beings are very much busy reaching our destinations. We have so many plans and targets ready for advancement in this life. We are strongly focused on the goals of life. 

In this endeavor, we often forget to live up the Journey involved in reaching destination...

This journey is nothing but this life infact...!! In fulfillment of this life, we generally neglect to live this life itself!!! Isn't strange???

Actually we human beings have taken this life as granted.. and think of this life as fulfillment of it with all the materialistic pleasures and comforts!!! We don't want anything to leave behind for anyone else...!!

Many a time we could get these also but what lost otherwise is Happiness in life!!

We think happiness as laughter!!! Watching some comedy makes us laugh and that find enough for us!!!

But what i believe contrary to everything, Happiness as an integral part of this life and permanent in nature!!! It should be taken as laughter!!! It's not about reaching somewhere but to enjoy the very much Journey involved!!! Happiness is a Characteristics of the Human beings and a way of life!!! Life is completely wasted if not filled with happiness!!! 

Whatever you do and wherever you are, if you are not happy...means Tea without Sugar and food without salt!!!

For happiness to achieve, doesn't require any big theory or any kind of investment of money & time but a small changes in daily activities and mindset would bring so much happiness in life and could find same daily activities as the source of happiness itself!!!
