Why i say so..what are questions generally asked to any old person?? How's your health and what your children are doing??? No body is interested in your wealth, that you accumulated throughout your life Giving yourself the least privilege!!! 

How many times a day, you say thanks to your legs, arms, eyes, mouth and all other body parts to hold yourself going uninterrupted!!! In other words Yourself!!! All it needs is your small attention towards it..it doesn't require much...!!! A small smile can do magic for it!! Having Food with your attention towards taste of food and enjoyment of same, would help your body to digest food with smile...embracing your loving ones would ease your arms and help your heart pummping blood with joy!!! 

For happiness to prevail, you are only the source for you... this happiness is priceless at the end!!! In blind race, we miss to enjoy this life at all...

Therefore start feeding yourself its food...the happiness!!!
